Now that summer is in full bloom, your propane barbecue will be getting a good workout.
Used with care propane is a safe and convenient fuel. However, should a leak occur the
accumulation of propane gas can be dangerous. Propane is heavier than air and it tends to
settle in the lowest available space.

Check the "O" ring on the POL connector for damage. Worn or missing rings should be
replaced immediately. Make sure you check for leaks by using soapy water or a leak detector.
Never, never use matches or an open flame |
Always keep your burner properly maintained. Prior to lighting your barbecue, ensure that you
open the cover/lid. When not in use close cylinder valve tightly. This is a reminder that it is illegal
to store your propane cylinder (flammable liquids and combustible liquids, article 4.2.4.3.) on exterior
balconies.
